Hot Power Yoga and All Levels Vinyasa most days of the week. Yin Yoga and Open Meditation when you want the slow version. Aerial silks in the Buddha Room. Reformer Pilates on four machines. A full-spectrum infrared sauna, and a massage room a lot of our own students have never been in.

Your $5 is good for any class on the schedule. If you have never done this before, these are the four to start with.
