Aerial Silks

Defy gravity, build strength, and discover the joy of movement in our Aerial Silks classes. Using soft, suspended silks, you’ll climb, wrap, and flow through graceful sequences that challenge your body while igniting your creativity.

This full-body workout strengthens your core, arms, and back while improving flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Each class is designed for all levels, from beginners experiencing their first climb to seasoned aerialists exploring advanced tricks—everyone moves at their own pace in a safe, supportive environment.

Beyond the physical benefits, Aerial Silks fosters confidence, focus, and a sense of playful freedom. Step into the silks, lift your body, and feel the exhilaration of movement in a whole new way.

Pre-payment is required in order to reserve a spot in a class.

Aerial Silks

Stretch to new lengths and climb to new heights with the introductory aerial silks classes, accessible to everyone.

Aerial silks classes focus on basic climbing techniques, knots, and other skills on aerial fabric to build strength, flexibility,
balance and confidence.

 

Aerial Silks Kids (Ages 6-15)

Similar to the adult class, this offers an opportunity to build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence.

Kids must be able to pay attention & follow instructions. Failure to follow instruction will result in removal from class due to the dangerous nature of this activity. Kids must be brought into the building by a parent or guardian, and after class must be picked up in the lobby.

RULES OF PLAY

No swinging on the fabric.

Do not wear jewelry, zippers, etc., that may snag the fabric.

Do not use alone; only use if instructor is present in the same room.

Use caution & do not use the fabric unless you have received proper instruction.

Do not attempt moves you have not been taught by an appropriate instructor.

Master new moves down low before working on them incrementally higher on the fabric.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment must be provided at time of booking to reserve your appointment, service, workshop or class. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, services, workshops, and classes. 24-hours’ notice must be provided when cancelling to prevent your card on file being charged. There is a 100% charge if cancellation notice is given with less than 24-hours’ notice.

For All Classes (Yoga, Hot Yoga, Aerial Silks, Pilates): An additional $10 late-cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to your card on file if you do not show up for a class you registered to attend.  If you hold an unlimited pass, you will still be charged the $10 fee if you do not show up for a class you registered to attend.  

To Avoid this Additional Fee: If you cannot attend a class you registered for, please cancel your reservation at least 8 hours before the class starts.  You can cancel directly on the Mindbody App or by calling us at 216-621-7085. You may also email thestudiocleveland@gmail.com with more than 8-hours’ notice.
